How does the delivery process work?

  • Once our system processes your order, your products are inspected thoroughly to ensure they are in a perfect condition.
  • After they pass through the final round of quality check, they are packed and handed over to our trusted delivery partner.
  • Our delivery partners then bring the package to you at the earliest possible. In case, they are unable to reach your provided address or at a suitable time, they will contact you to resolve the issue.

How are items packaged?

We package our products in boxes, which are covered in a plastic layer. Each individual product is packaged in bubble wrap/ld or pp polypouch while fragile items like bottles are safely secured with additional bubble wrap.

We pride ourselves on the quality of our packaging. Till date, we have received minimal complaints about damaged products due to our packaging

What is the range of locations to which products are shipped?

We ship throughout India!

My order has been shipped. Now how can I track it?

  • Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with the details of the tracking number and the courier company that is processing your order.
  • You can track the status of your package 24 hours after your order is dispatched from our warehouse.

What is the estimated delivery time?

We dispatch most orders within 1-2 business days (excluding Sundays and public holidays)

If you are ordering our products from a Mega Sale event, dispatches may be a bit delayed due to increased volumes. We will target to dispatch all orders within 5 days of order date.

Delivery of your new product is done with great care at Vigour Fuel™.

For your convenience, we’ll deliver anywhere within India. More importantly, the delivery cost for your product/s is inclusive anywhere within India.

Vigour Fuel™ endeavors to deliver the Products to customers within 3-4 working days in major metro cities from the day the order is dispatched. However, the duration of delivery of Products can take from 7 to 15 working days depending on customer location. Delivery time to the end user is subject to factors beyond our control (“Force Majeure Event”) including unexpected travel delays from our courier partners and transporters due to weather conditions and strikes.

Upon completion of your purchase, our team will organize for your product to be dispatched by a courier immediately or as early as possible.

But certain times it may take upto 2-3 working days to dispatch the consignment, depending upon the availability of the product or any other technical or non-technical issue.

Just to keep you in the loop, we’ll notify you when your product is dispatched.

Vigour Fuel™ is committed to providing exceptional customer service and quality products. We endeavor to make sure that all products listed on our website are currently in stock and pricing is true and correct. In the event that an ordered item is not available or we are unable to fulfill your order we will notify you within 2 business days to arrange an agreeable alternative item, a backorder or a full refund.

It would be nice to have someone at the delivery address to take receipt of your product. We’ll require a signature upon delivery.

Is it possible to request for change the delivery address at any point of time once the order has been placed?

Order Placed but not dispatched
One the order has been placed but not dispatched that means we have received the confirmation and your order is in our warehouse where we are working to get it dispatched. So as your order is still not dispatched, you need to contact our customer service team on as soon as possible for the changes in the order. Please note for security reasons we will require you to answer few security questions before we can make any changes to your order.

Order Place and dispatched
Once the order has been placed and dispatched, for security reason we are unable to redirect the order to the secondary delivery address. We apologise for any inconvenience caused and our security policies are made to provide better shopping experience for all our customers.

If our shipper is unable to ship the order at your provided address then order is automatically returned to our warehouse and the processed as return.

My order will be shipped in multiple shipments? What does this mean?

Don’t worry! This is a completely normal situation. This just means that different parts of your order may have simply been shipped from our different warehouse locations.

Do you plan to offer COD in future?

We only undertake prepaid orders and do not intend to offer COD in future as well. Non-acceptance of COD orders by customers causes unwanted processing, packaging and two times courier charges.

Hence, we want to keep our products cost effective and not to distribute loss occurred by COD to our genuine buyers.
